This is a great option for those who find one-to-one too intense. It is also a great introduction to therapeutic understanding and skills.

  • Sessions run in 6-8 weeks, more short term than some individual therapy options
  • Group CBT has been found to foster a supportive environment

  • Less waiting time for therapy
